Steven Ashworth, Founder and Chef Chocolatier of City Street Sweets began his Chocolate career for River Street Sweets in 1988 while attending The Savannah College of Art & Design in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. After graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, he headed to Orlando Florida to run The Southern Candy Company, a franchise of Savannah's Candy Kitchen. Four years later , Steven Started working for Godiva Chocolatier. For fourteen years he perfected his chocolate making skills and dreamed of opening his own chocolate shop . In December 2007 his dream became a reality and he opened City Street Sweets Chocolates & Confections in beautiful Hyde Park Village, Tampa, Florida.

Today Steven heads a trained staff  of expert Chocolatiers. In a addition , monthly chocolate tasting parties are held to sample all of his artisan chocolate creations.

City Street Sweets offers a tantalizing palate of chocolate for the ultimate chocolate lover. Hand made fresh, these include Chocolate City Bark , Ashworth Artisan Chocolates, Chocolate Fantastic Fudge, Chocolate Revolution Turtles, and Chocolate Caramel CraZapple Apples.
