Have you ever dreamed of being a candy-maker for a day? Then join us for a fun and instructional candy-making experience in our new Candy College!

How it works: Students are led on a guided tour of the store, while one of our expert candy-makers provides introductions and fun facts about the various candies we carry. Take a stroll through Jelly Bean Boulevard, curve around Chocolate Channel, and make a pit-stop at Bubble Gum Gardens… you will sample sweet treats along the way! Then step right up to the counter and learn about how we temper our delicious, high-quality chocolate for dipping our handmade delicacies! Students will have the opportunity to decorate their own chocolate-dipped treat - this is the time to get creative and load on the sprinkles, nuts, crispy rice, and even gummi-candies! Each creation is a unique favor that can be enjoyed on site or taken home for later.

Class Sizes: Due to the size of our store and the hands-on nature of the class, we recommend between 4-15 students total per class session. Larger groups always welcome. For larger groups, you may wish to break into two or more smaller class sizes to come in and participate at various times.

Hours of Availability: Each Candy College session lasts between 45-55 minutes depending on the class size. We require at least 5 days advance notice. Please call (813) 251-6764 for date and time availability.

Chocolate Pizza Maker ....Candy College 102   

Mama Mia Chocolate Pizza!Kids 5 years old & up become a chocolate pizza maker. Learn how we temper chocolate & fun chocolate facts! Taste test before you get started making your gourmet Chocolate Pizza. First you get to start of with the dough which is a 7 inch round chocolate  disc, then you add the pizza sauce (red colored  white chocolate), then add the Cheeses ( shredded white chocolate) and top it all off with various sweet ingredients such as  pepperoni shaped chocolate, gummi candies, M & M's, cookie crumbs, mini marshmallows, sugar sprinkles and more! While your pizza is baking ha ha(really  cooling!) you decorate your own pizza box. We package it up to go for you to  enjoy  with friends, family or all yourself!

Class Sessions: 4-15 students, 5 years old & up, 45 minutes. $12.95 per  student. Class Times Daily 9am-7pm. Advance reservations required.
