Shipping Policy
Our packages are shipped via U.S.P.S. Please provide a U.S. street address. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment number when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We highly recommend that you ship to a workplace or office. If this is not possible, please ensure someone will be home to accept the package. All orders are shipped "no signature required " which means
the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on
a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen
after USPS has completed the delivery. If you are shipping to a warm climate and the recipient is not home, the chocolates may be damaged during the delay.
All details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT Returned products for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless an error was made through U.S.P.S.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. Please note that our chocolates have a three week shelf life.
Please Note-WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED IT TAKES 48 HOURS TO PROCESS THE REQUEST, THE ORDER # WILL BE SCHEDULED TO SHIPPED AND A NOTIFICATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO CONFIRM THE APROXIMATE ARRIVAL DATE. ORDERS ARE ONLY SHIPPED ON BUSINESS DAYS MONDAY -WEDNESDAY. U.S.P.S.Express Mail (1-2 days) is not guareenteed to certain zip codes.
PRIORITY MAIL shipping will arrive in 2-3 business days. EXPRESS MAIL shipping will arrive 1-3 business days-Please note this does not include the day for processing.
